The other reviews sure have had a different experience than I have had. They always call me to discuss the possible problems for approval prior to doing any work. Yes, it sucks when something breaks or you have to repair or replace tires and yes, it can be expensive but that's just part of owning a car. At least at Matson I don't have to deal with typical cheesy pushy sales guys who talk to me slower just because I'm female. I had squeaky breaks and was told that I had thin pads in the front and said that I had nearly a tablespoon amount of break dust in my drums on the back. Because it's just noise and no impact on actual breaking ability, they suggested that I change the pads to see if that will solve the problem before spending the money on the drums. Seemed fair to me, happy to spend what I did on the pads and the squeaking has stopped for now.
